After travelling across Canada for Chrysler Pat settled in Barrie as the Owner and Manager of a successful car dealership. In 1987 he began his career in Real Estate. Being a resident of Barrie since 1974 and in Real Estate since 1987, Pat has a unique insight into the growth and changes that are taking place in the Barrie area. Pat has many contacts within the Real Estate field that enable him to seek out new buyers and sellers and make suitable matches between them.

Teamed up with Pat Donahue and began doing his administration work. From there she studied and received her sale respresentative licence and went on to get her Broker licence. She continues to assist Pat while actively working with clients herself.
